I will mention put first things
first. I know that it has been for a very long time now that I have been taking
too much time in the morning to get started and then start on tasks that I
could do when I need a break. I want to make a habit of getting up in a more

study found the best way to get inserted. The fabrication of such sentences and
mental images is in order to use the vocabulary in question through my
first-hand experience and imagination, to make the remembrances more vivid and
hone my literary skills when possible in trying to elaborate more complex and
intricated sentences than the ones I daily say.

milks such as almond, rice, coconut...
Coconut is very nice, in rice also etc, as cream, but the problem with other
than soya is the saturated fat.
i could not drink milk on its own for the first part of my life
and until i was 22. i loved melt cheese (only gruyere type) and milk with a
sirup or cocoa in it, fruity or sugary in it, and i loved it. at the same time
i would try very regularly pure milk or cheese but i would always have a
physical aversion such that i would have thrown away just trying to swallow it.
it was in my family my great grand ma, who i knew, a farmer, could not stand
cheese nor milk.
lactose may end up horrible, in cow it is for the calf to have

very difficult to digest, but we need calcium, greatly. in leafy

now i take milk, i try, same for my partner, i insure it, 3 times
a day, cold or hot, sometimes with cocoa still or syrup or decaf, or
nutmeg.

i was walking my dog just near
the wall of the women prison. a woman with hunting dog appeared with her dog
who had in her mouth a cot, a wild bird. i asked the woman to have the dog
dropped the bird to stop it from torturing the bird. she repeatedly refused.
the bird was half alive in her dog's mouth and she did not do anything to stop
the dog, but repeatedly stopped me from interfering. i guess there may be
footage of what happened as it was visible from the prison.
i know this woman and she goes
in the foot often with her dogs, i did not know she was using the only piece of
wood left in our village for her hunting game. what can i do about it?
